3/23 (三) 一個完美早上沒課的星期三早晨
只是在我好不容易在十點多爬起來看到老媽傳來的簡訊之後..
有種透早就被雷劈到的感覺= =
from Mom:
"你刷了美金4870元嗎?"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
我!當!然!沒!有!啊!
馬上電話回家很媽媽說課程的錢是USD2435,對方多扣一次
媽: "喔~我以為是住宿費耶.哈哈"
我: ".....囧"
(不小心的回想起了當初付款的時候網頁盪掉的情形......sorry, my fault..;()
不過事態還是很嚴重,我趕快叫老媽打電話給美國運通止付
無奈他們的人說要summer session通知他們才願意停止付款..
這種事當然不是用email就可以解決的, 我決定要來打個電話噴噴錢QQ

好不容易等到了加州時間早上9:00
我拿起手機.按了落落長的號碼
督嚕嚕~督嚕嚕~
" Thank you for calling Berkeley summer session, if you need information on bla bla bla please press 1. bla bla bla press 2......"
之後又一串串指示. 我想說可能是偷懶還沒上班(人家又不是妳= =) 所以才放tape
於是乎,我很貼心(?)的過了十分鐘之後再打了一次
督嚕嚕~督嚕嚕~

認真的聽完一大串之後,心中只有一個想法
"你可以告訴我被扣兩次款是要press 哪個number 嗎?! T.T"
但是...這樣就要放棄了嗎????
當然不! 我又找了 國際學生事務處的電話, 但.....
又是機器接我電話!
"@##%YR%I*K$RORH .....We are on spring break, if you are in emergency, please call XXXXXXXXXXX"
人生總有個意外..事情總會有個but 他!們!!放!春!!!!假!!!!!!
幸好他們也還算有良心的留了緊急電話
所以我就在打過去.留下自己的資料和電話然後別無選擇的掛斷.QQ
你以為這樣就完了嗎?
不!! 我的直覺告訴我留給他們根本就沒用!!
可是我已經有點desperate...
就想說打給Office of Admission - Billing 試試看
督嚕嚕~督嚕嚕~
"Hello, Billing Department of Office of Admission, how may I help you?"
-好開心接電話的是人!!-
"Hello, I am an international applicant to summer session. This mnorning I found that i am deducted twice onthe credit card bills." (這段話在我心中run過數次了)
"Oh, But our department do not receive payment by credit cards, only summer session does. You should call them. I'll give you their numbers......."
"But I already called them TWICE. They were on tape!
They were on tape!"
(不是笨版上身.是我真的激動到repeat了兩次XD)
"I will give you another number, there should be someone. The number is XXXXXXXXXX"
"Ohhh, OK, Thank you"
-ring ring ring-
"Hello, how may I help ya?" 一個天使接的電話

"Let me check for you, ....what's your student number?"
""OOOOXXXX""
"ok, please send your credit card crecipt to SS, after reviewing it, we will tell AE"
""OK, thank you very much"" (真的是由衷的說出這句話..)
隔天我迅速的發了封email給他們:
